INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
We incorporate ICT into all facets of student learning: from creating PowerPoint presentations during humanities lessons, video-recording one’s learning in English lessons to practicing mental computation in Mathematics. We use ICT to compliment the explicit teaching of English and Mathematical skills, but never at their expense.
We remain up-to-date with the current trends in information and communication technologies and have an e-Smart program to teach students cyber safety and on-line etiquette. The school has 13 laptops and netbooks, 9 iPads, 2 interactive whiteboards, a video-conferencing unit and 4 Flipcam cameras all linked via Wi-Fi to the school network. |
